About VGF
Who WE ARE
VGF is an event services company based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento California that specializes in the management and implementation of corporate events and tradeshows worldwide. VGF has more than 20 years of experience in organizing events. We handle all logistics including site selection, keynote and mainstage production management, ground transportation, vendor contract negotiations, budget, registration and much more.
VGF is extremely resourceful, has broad industry knowledge, and has a lengthy trusted vendor list. Most importantly, we strive for outstanding results and know what it takes to get the job done right. We get it!

Victoria Faveau
President and Founder of vgf
Victoria brings over 20 years of Marketing Event Management experience and knowledge to VGF Events and has created programs for large and small companies in the high tech industry. She understands how to create an amazing event that is cost effective, creative and exciting, but more importantly meets your objectives and expectations! She was the Senior Event Manager for Digidesign/Avid Technologies for over 8 years. Previously, Victoria spent 4 years at Portal Software managing their tradeshows and event related programs and also launched their Executive Briefing Center. Victoria has also held positions at Informix Software for 12 years as Event Manager where she managed a team of 14 event planners and technical event specialists. Her passion for life and people drove her to start a non-profit organization that reaches out to at risk teenage girls. Her motto is: let's make the world a better place, one person at a time!
Brittany Alexandria
Event Marketing Specialist
Brittany has always been highly motivated to get things done. She began her studies at Azusa Pacific University when she was 16 years old and graduated early with a Bachelor's in Criminology. Since graduating In 2019, Brittany has held leadership positions at multiple companies ranging from event coordinating to Intensive counseling and psychotherapy. She has worked alongside marketing specialists, medical professionals, and law enforcement for the last 3 years. She was an Intern for the Missing and Unidentified Person Unit at the Department of Justice. She has spent 6 months in Yosemite, backpacking the Ansel Adams Wilderness while earning a minor In Humanities. This sparked her passion for making those around her feel truly seen and known and to help them accomplish their goals. This Is what brought her to work with VGF Events. If you have read this far, here Is a secret... She and Victoria are the Mother-Daughter duo you will never forget!

Victoria has extensive experience in the areas of contract negotiations and has worked with many hotels and venues through out the country. VGF Is also IATAN Certified and often can do site searches without any cost to the client.

OpenZFS brings together developers and users from various open-source forks of the original ZFS on different platforms and we're always looking to grow our community. This is an annual Users Conference originally done in SF that expanded to a 8 City roadshow in the US and Europe.
Medrio's Employee Retreat - 2023-2024
This is an annual Company retreat done In the US. Medrio Is a company that allows employees to work remotely, so, to bring people together they organize this retreat that encourages face time with their employees.
Medrio's Sales Kickoff Twice A Year Meetings
January & July 2017 - 2024
Medrio brings their Sales & Marketing folks together twice a year to discuss a variety of topics including product training. These meetings are done in the US and Europe.
Full Stack LLM Bootcamp 2023
Two-day program based on emerging best practices and the latest research results to help you make the transition to building LLM apps with confidence.
We ran that program as an in-person bootcamp in San Francisco in April 2023.

NAB - The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show has served as the premiere event for content professionals. Leading this ever-changing industry, the NAB Show has evolved to remain the world's resource for high-level insight, training, education and state-of-the-art technology powering the future of content creation, management, commerce and delivery. It is held every year at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV with 1,600+ companies exhibiting.
AES - The Audio Engineering Society (AES) is the only professional society devoted exclusively to audio technology. Conventions are held twice a year, alternating between the US and Europe. In the US, AES has alternated locations between the Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA and Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. For over 50 years, the AES has been the largest gathering of audio professionals and enthusiasts on the globe, attracting delegates from over 100 countries worldwide.
NAMM - The NAMM Show is considered the largest music products trade show in the world. It is held every January in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Convention Center. The January 2014 show had 3,560 exhibitors and a record-breaking 150,000 attendees. The Anaheim Convention Center is one of the world's largest, and NAMM (since 2007) completely fills all the available exhibit space. For the 2014 NAMM show, I will be managing and coordinating all of the show logistics for Line6 Inc.
PLASA - The Professional Lighting and Sound Association (PLASA) is the leading international event of its kind with over 500 members worldwide. From live concerts and tours to theatres, nightclubs, corporate events, permanent installations and leisure attractions, PLASA is the only place to see the latest pro audio, lighting, stage engineering, AV and systems integration technology.
Oracle Open World 2015 - Is Most Innovatice and Diverse Oracle Content - All in One Place. - I will be managing all of the logistics for Delphix.
